Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it can’t work perfectly for everyone all of the time.

Suppose you are unhappy with your purchase and have a technical issue that we cannot resolve that makes the system unusable. In that case, we are happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase. We are NOT responsible for the issues generated due to third-party plugins.

A few important sub-conditions apply to seek a full refund:

  1. We can only provide refunds due to technical issues if you allow us to assist you adequately. If we cannot resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. 
  2. You must provide us wp-admin, FTP, and Google Analytics access as needed. If we cannot solve the issue in our Plugin, we will refund it.
  3. Refund will not be processed for any custom feature that was not present when you made the purchase.

Important Note: You cannot claim a refund after 14 days of your purchase

Membership & Recurring Payments

The 14-day money-back guarantees only apply to the first 14 days of your subscription. You must cancel the subscription before the rebilling period if you don’t want to extend it.

Once the recurring payment has been processed, you can cancel the subscription, but no refund will be given for the already-paid period.


By issuing a refund, you will no longer be entitled to contact support or use the product (the license code will become invalid, and updates will not work). Because we are selling digital goods, this refund policy can be easily abused. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
