In every Today’s theme, There are 3 things to import.
- Install all the required Plugins recommended by theme.
- Posts/Pages/Settings.
- WordPress Customizer Settings.
- Widget Settings.
Some themes have written their own demo import plugins or functionalities, We are working on it so in the future, you will not need to install these import plugins but until then, please continue 😉
Install all the required Plugins recommended by theme.
To import OnePage Parallax demo data please install the plugin One Click Demo Import
Posts/Pages/Settings.
To import, Front-Page/Posts/Pages/Settings you need to go Appearance > Import Demo Data. Here you need to import a (onepage-parallax-posts.xml) file that we have attached in your theme->demo-data folder.
WordPress Customizer Settings
To import, WordPress setting and sections content you need to import a (onepage-parallax-customizer.dat) file that we have attached in your theme->demo-data folder.
Widget Settings
To import, WordPress widget content you need to import (onepage-parallax-widget.wie) file that we have attached in your theme->demo-data folder.
After importing all three files you need to set the Homepage for front page and Posts page for the blog. For this go to Settings > Reading and set the Home as HomePage and Blog as Posts page.
