These Terms & Conditions are mutually agreed upon between End-user(s) and WPBrigade. By using WPBrigade services i.e. products and plugins in any way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Plugin License
All premium plugins and products provided by WPBrigade require a valid and active license key in order to use it. The License Key is only valid for one year from the date of purchase.
End-user(s) are not allowed to share the product license with any third party, as it will result in the cancelation of the active subscriptions with no negotiations.
PRIORITY SUPPORT
Priority Support is only available for customers who have a valid and active license key for their plugins or products. Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key. Priority Support is provided via email support upon writing us at ([email protected]) or our contact page.
AUTOMATIC UPDATES
In order to get Automatic upgrades, a valid and active license key is required. Automatic Plugin Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your WPBrigade Account.
RENEWAL FEES
WPBrigade offers a 20% discount on renewals of your purchased subscriptions. However, we also send an email with a 30% discount two weeks before your license expiration. If you renew in that time, you will be eligible for 30% off the original price. After your license expires, you will have a 20% discount that can be renewed anytime in the future. Remember, you need an active license to use Priority Support and upgrade versions of the product.
REFUND POLICY
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it can’t work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase and have a technical issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase. We are NOT responsible for the issues generated due to third-party plugins.
A few important sub-conditions apply to seek a full refund:
- We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund.
- You will provide us with wp-admin access, FTP access, and Google Analytics access as needed. If we are still unable to solve the issue in our Plugin, we will refund it.
- Refund will not be processed for any custom feature that was not present during the time you made the purchase.
- You cannot claim a refund, after 14 days of your purchase.
Support Policy
Our Support team is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, GMT +5 Timezone (Monday to Friday).
- We are not providing support to Adult websites.
- Depending on the nature of the problem, We need to ask for Google account access along with wp-admin access to your site.
- We promise to get back to your concerns within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
- We strive to resolve your technical issues within 48 hrs, once reported via Email Support or Live chat.
- Auto-Responder thing.
- You must agree to the above conditions.
